ABOUT THE CLASS
Kids Yoga (Age 2-5)
I am taking kids interests such as animals, superheroes and adventures and create corresponding yoga poses and games that are kid-friendly and engaging. I realized that if they could have some of the same knowledge, techniques, and skills that I now had, it could make a big impact on their health and well-being.
I am a committed local nanny with an extensive background in nurseries and nannies setting. I like to promote the physical, intellectual, emotional, educational and social development of the children by providing stimulating activities following the EYFS and the Montessori approach. I fell in love with yoga during my first class; yoga brought me a sense of strength, balance, flexibility and focus that I needed.
The kids practice yoga poses in a fun and friendly environment while focusing on strength, balance, and flexibility.
What to expect?
It is a fun and engaging class for kids. Parents are encouraged to support their kids and help them with their poses. The kids yoga class is outdoors but I have an available indoor location if the weather is too cold or rainy.
What to bring?
Please bring a matt.
