In the 1970s, it was introduced for sports training and has grown rapidly since then. Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) is a scientifically proven training method that uses electrical impulses to contract your muscles harder for longer. Wearing a specially designed vest and belt, a personal EMS training session ensures an intense, whole-body workout in just 20 minutes.

What to expect?
During the session, our fitness experts will guide you through the workout, adjusting the intensity of the machine and the movements according to your ability and goals. You may experience muscle soreness afterward, especially after your early sessions. This is because your muscles are working hard. At the end of the session, we will give you a protein shake to help your muscles recover. Your body will continue to burn calories for several hours after your session. Training can be done up to a maximum of twice per week.
What to bring?
You do not need to bring anything to your session except a pair of trainers. We provide a special training outfit designed for use during an EMS session. We also provide towels for a shower. Before the start of your session, we provide you with an isotonic drink that will help keep you hydrated.
I had heard about EMS training a while ago but never gave it a try before having my baby. I just don't have enough time to fit in an hour-long workout at the gym, so I thought I'd give it a try and I have to say that I'm super surprised by how effective it is. The staff explains the process really well, so you don't have to worry about the suit you're wearing. It might feel a bit strange a first but I am loving the results I'm seeing. All in very little time. Highly recommend!
