ABOUT THE CLASS
Postnatal ONLINE Yoga (via Skype or Facetime)
My yoga sessions are tailored to meet the goals of each client. Due to the nature of my clients, I focus on minimizing the harmful effects of a busy or stressful lifestyle. This means we do a lot of work on tight shoulders, tense neck muscles, strengthening the back and core muscles and stretching the hips.
Around half of my clients are mums who schedule in their yoga sessions when the children have gone to bed. I offer flexible time slots and with private yoga, there is no need for a sitter and clients can pause the sessions any time if the children need them.
I'm an experienced yoga teacher with a background in health research. I have a PhD in Educational Psychology and I am passionate about setting people up for success through my teaching.
I teach mainly private one-to-one yoga classes in people's homes. My clients are very busy people who have many many responsibilities and care about their performance at work. I offer private yoga because many people would love to practice yoga but cannot make it to group classes nearby due to their schedules and responsibilities.

What to expect?
New mums are guided through a fluid flow of postures fuelled by the breath and carefully designed to nourish and rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit.
What to bring?
You should wear comfortable loose clothing that allows teachers to see your body, including your feet and legs.
