Parents and Babies Spin (Pre-Walking Babies)
Baby Spin is a spin class that you can (surprise surprise!) bring your baby to! Cycle to the beat to burn fat and increase cardio fitness, climb hills to increase strength and muscle tone, and expect to burn upwards of 600 calories!
The class was founded and is taught by Melissa Power. She has 15 years of Indoor Cycling experience behind her and consults and teaches at the major studios in London. She has extensive experience of post partum fitness having trained hundreds of mums. She understands that after having a baby, mums want to do more than just think about their pelvic floor an encourages parents to get a sweat on and have a laugh at the same time.

What to expect?
60 min fun spinning class.
What to bring?
Please bring your baby in a bouncer or car seat as your baby will go on the floor next to your bike so you can keep an eye on it throughout the class. Feel free to bring a pram if it can fold away, we can store it at the back of the studio for you. Please also bring a sweat towel and a water bottle.
Such a fun class! I didn't think I could still get through a spinning class and what I especially love about their approach is that you don't constantly hear about how you need to reactivate your pelvic floor muscles etc etc. It's amazing to get your sweat on and really give yourself a workout that makes you feel strong (and sweaty). Obviously it's not as hard as the ones I used to do a few years ago but trust me, you'll feel it. I'm most definitely hooked!
