Postnatal Strength Training

The best way to get back in shape after your new arrival. Enjoy whole body workout by qualified PT as long as socializing with other mums.

Whatever your postnatal stage is our gentle workout will suit your needs. 45 mins group workout targeting your legs, core and arms while interacting with your baby. Expect to work with bodyweight, light weights or use your baby as extra weight to tone up and get strong. Meet with other mums and socialize after class. 

 

The Teacher 

Anastasia Moore is a pre & post qualified personal trainer, with 3 years experience. She is also part of the Bumps and Burpees team.

My approach is to create an effective exercise program that will correctly address your unique physical needs as a postnatal mum helping you to get strong, lean and energized whilst keeping you motivated and monitored every step of the way.

My goal is not only to motivate but also to educate you on fitness and nutrition.

    With various training styles that will help you to regain your pre-pregnancy body shape quickly and easily after giving birth, each session will leave you feeling proud, taller and stronger.
