Nicole is a fully qualified personal trainer and as a pre and post natal specialist Nicole works with many women throughout their pregnancy and on their post partum journey. Fully understanding the emotional and physical changes and making sure your body and mind is fit, healthy and strong throughout your new adventure.

Equipment will vary based on time, location and the individual and will vary between weights, kettle bells, body weight, mobility, and resistance training.
What to bring?
The main thing to remember is to wear something you can move freely in, like leggings and a t-shirt and comfortable trainers.
