Mum & Baby Bootcamp
Funmi is a pre- and postnatal personal trainer and fitness instructor. As a mum herself she understands the needs of mums to train not just for their physical but also for their mental wellbeing. Her sessions are designed to build full body strength, giving you regressions and progressions as necessary.
