Mum & Baby Bootcamp 

The Strong for Everyday Bootcamp is a 45 minute class designed for mums. It is a full body workout designed to especially focus on the key areas that need strengthening to make motherhood easier.
It is suitable for all fitness levels, though it is recommended that you wait until your 6 week check with your GP before attending.
Exercises are all safe for the postnatal stage and can be regressed and progressed.
The class provides an opportunity for mums to bring their babies and meet other mums whilst getting fit.

The Teacher

Funmi is a pre- and postnatal personal trainer and fitness instructor. As a mum herself she understands the needs of mums to train not just for their physical but also for their mental wellbeing. Her sessions are designed to build full body strength, giving you regressions and progressions as necessary.
