Postnatal Yoga (Babies welcome)
My yoga classes can be tailored to every needs. Power yoga and dynamic flow, restorative and slow flow: whatever your level is, whether you want to practice whilst your children play or practice alone, I can guide you in your yoga path.
I am a Yoga teacher with a background in gymnastic, pole dance and martial arts and I have been working out at the gym all my life. I decided to train as a yoga teacher whilst I was on maternity leave. I was attending many mum-and-baby fitness classes and I realized how much I enjoyed bonding with my baby boy whilst doing what I love: working out!
I particularly enjoyed mum-and-baby ballet and mum-and-baby yoga and I thought that bringing your babies or children to your workout was a fantastic way to spend time with them whilst feeling you are doing something amazing for your body and for your mind.

- Breathe deep to help manage stress and calm the nervous system.

What to expect?
New mums are guided through a fluid flow of postures fuelled by the breath and carefully designed to nourish and rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit.
What to bring?
You should wear comfortable loose clothing that allows teachers to see your body, including your feet and legs.
