Prenatal Outdoor Fitness
Special exercise sessions for mums-to-be.
Our Focus is on outdoor functional fitness, performance-based, and results-driven. A total mind-body fitness workout.
Mark has designed MumFit just for the active mum’s looking to improve their fitness level. These sessions concentrate on the whole body movement so you can push yourself and work your weak links. MumFit combines functional fitness motions from running and jumping to core and viper training, isolating the real muscles to improve your fitness levels. MumFit workouts are designed to help mums build strength and muscle tone and improve posture.

What to expect?
This class will pay special attention to posture, core and breathing and connect with your changing body. Using a mixture of standing, seated and floor work, the aim is to work the whole body using light resistance and props.
What to wear?
Wear clothes that are loose and comfortable. In general, keep in mind that you don't want any clothing that gets in the way of the activity.
