ABOUT THE SESSION
Physiotherapist led Pilates - Prenatal & Postnatal (Babies are welcome)
Complete Pilates provides Physiotherapist led Pilates which uses all Pilates equipment. Every pregnancy is different so we tailor all our sessions to you as an individual.We look at how we can alter your mechanics to reduce pain, improve posture and create strength. At Complete Pilates we have an individualised approach so that all our products, from one-to-ones to small group classes, are tailored to your needs. We continuously re-assess to make sure we are constantly providing high quality sessions. Our new client assessment gives us the opportunity to get to know you and your needs but also provides you with the opportunity to meet us.
All our instructors have done extensive training and are predominantly Polestar, PMA or Stott trained.
Our pre and post partum instructors are trained to a high standard to ensure that you achieve the results you want and assist in preparing you for birth.

What to expect?
Every pregnancy is unique and therefore your programme during your pregnancy should also be tailored specifically to you.
We work closely with our Women’s Health Physiotherapists and Soft Tissue Therapists at Complete Physio to help improve diastasis and c-section healing, as well as educating you on how you can help yourself.
What to bring?
The main thing to remember is to wear something you can move freely in, like leggings and a t-shirt.
Some people wear special socks with grips on the bottom or with toe separators. These might not be the nicest looking addition to any outfit – but they will help you grip better to the machines. So you don’t slip around when performing the exercises.
You might also like to bring a towel if you think you might get sweaty!
