Classes and services are suitable for women at any stage of pregnancy and after giving birth. Most classes allow mums to bring their babies or toddlers, making it easier for mums to factor in working out in their day to day lives.

1. Find fitness classes and experts nearby!

MumShape offers pre- and postnatal fitness classes and access to health experts across greater London. All our trainers are qualified to ensure a safe workout for each stage of pregnancy and after giving birth.


Choose a category and book!

Filter by prenatal, postnatal, kids fitness classes and health experts.  You can choose and select from a variety of group, online and private sessions and workout types, including yoga, pilates, strength training, football, cycling, physiotherapy birth preparation, women’s health check-ups and much more. 

The new product version will also bring the feature to sort by day, time and nearby classes.


2. Book video consultations with qualified practitioners!

Mums don’t only experience the visible changes in their baby body; many face mental challenges such as constant exhaustion, difficulty bonding with their baby, and overwhelming anxiety.

We partnered with Isoshealth to give mums access to qualified and trusted Dietitians, Physiotherapists and Psychologist.


3. Find a workout buddy!

Mums can meet local like-minded mums to attend fitness classes together. MumShape will also list community events and local meet-up groups.
