The London Baby Coach: Successful Sleep (18 months and under)

A workshop fully devoted to the world of sleep for your baby up to the age of 18 months.
This workshop will cover a variety of topics, including why sleep is so important, what sleep cycles are and how they impact your baby, how much sleep your baby should be getting and identifying sleep slots for your baby's age.
You will learn how to create positive sleep habits and how to overcome the bad habits. We will also discuss night time waking and the sleep regressions and mental leaps that affect regular sleep. The workshops gives ample opportunity for parents to ask questions and you will get a workshop summary to take home at the end of the session.
