Postnatal Outdoor Fitness - with onside Nanny!
Special exercise sessions for mums with child care assistance. Mums can concentrate on their work out while the kids can play and have fun with Tara (qualified childminder) and her team.
Our Focus is on outdoor functional fitness, performance-based, and results-driven. A total mind-body fitness workout.
Mark has designed MumFit just for the active mum’s looking to improve their fitness level. These sessions concentrate on the whole body movement so you can push yourself and work your weak links.
MumFit workouts are designed to help mums build strength and muscle tone and improve posture.
What to expect?
MumFit combines functional fitness motions from running and jumping to core and viper training, isolating the real muscles to improve your fitness levels.
What to wear?
Wear clothes that are loose and comfortable. In general, keep in mind that you don't want any clothing that gets in the way of the activity.

Small classes, really good trainers and well-trained to take into account pre-and postnatal clients. Very much recommend trying Dockside if you like workout out outside. The onsite childcare is also a huge plus!
Really liked mark. Very focused on mum bodies, and the class was a lovely size of 3. Would def recommend. My body was aching for at least 4 days...!
