ABOUT THE CLASS
Postnatal Yoga with Baby (6 weeks - crawling)
Bring your little one along for some parent-baby bonding and be part of a yoga community of new parents. With 30min of yoga for yourself before we follow with yoga, songs and movements for the mini yogis! Postures focus on strengthening abdomen, back and pelvic floor muscles, and releasing tensions. Classes are suitable for mothers from 6 weeks after giving birth and for babies up until crawling.
Lexi has been practicing yoga since 2003 after coming to the UK from Hong Kong to study her BA in Moving Image Design and needing a disciplined practice to compliment her material arts and dance background.
Through this love of mental focus as well as the joy of movement, classes combine strong asanas (postures) with an energetic and playful spirit. As a musician with a keen interest in pranayama and philosophy, she is interest on how the mind and body can benefit from sound-work and meditation.

What to expect?
30 minutes of yoga for the adults followed by songs, movements and modified yoga poses for the little yogis.
What to bring?
Your regular nappy bag, a muslin cloth and yourself dressed in yoga appropriate clothes.
